Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryPATRICIA ROSS WAKE (nee SYMINGTON) Peacefully, on Monday, October 3, 2016. With family by her side, Patricia passed away at the Cudworth Health Complex, at the age of 89, a week before her 90th birthday. Patricia was predeceased by parents: Jack and Ellen Symington; siblings: Mona and Jean and husband: Sandy Wake. She is survived by her children: Phil (Delsa - deceased), Tanis (Art), Jerry (Karen), Tracey, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews. President for numerous years of the Princess Elizabeth Hospital Guild and awarded the "Women of Distinction" in 1995, Patricia was a community minded person who raised funds and volunteered for the comfort and welfare of patients. Cremation has taken place and a private memorial will be held by her children. In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made in Patricia's name to The Kidney Foundation of Canada.
