WALTER BECAME MY STEP DAD IN 1984. THIRTY TWO YEARS HAVE PASSED. I DO NOT KNOW WHERE THE TIME HAS GONE. I WOULD ALWAYS CALL HIM DAD, HE HAS HELPED ME SO MUCH & WAS ALWAYS THERE FOR ME. i WAS VERY LUCKY TO HAVE HIM IN MY LIFE. i WILL REALLY MISS OUR TIME TOGETHER BUT I WILL TREASURE THE MEMORIES WE SHARED. THE LAST SIX YEARS YOU FACED MANY BATTLES WITH YOUR HEALTH. YOU WOULD NOT LET YOURSELF BE KNOCKED DOWN. THE BODY CAN JUST TAKE SO MUCH. NO MORE SUFFERING. THIS TIME JESUS CALLED YOU HOME. Mr. Delipper was my tax client for many years. I would look forward to him coming in every year. He was such a pleasant man ! We developed an excellent communication in spite of circumstances, and would mix a pleasant visit with our business. I would sometimes worry about him, but he was always chipper with a big smile.
