RAYMOND (RAY) HUCKERBY October 28, 1945 - October 25, 2016 Peacefully, on October 25 2016, at Seven Oaks General Hospital, Ray passed away after a short battle with cancer, at the age of 70 years. Ray will be forever remembered by his loving wife of 49 years, Catherine (Cay); his sons, Thomas, Raymond (Bernadette), Robert (Lisa), Mark (Cheryl); and his seven grandchildren, Taylor, Zach, Connor, Breanna, Kennedy, Presley and Owen. He was predeceased by his beloved German Sheppard, Blaize. Ray immigrated from Birmingham, England, to Canada, in 1968, with Cay. He worked at Bristol Aerospace as a machinist for over 30 years, until his retirement. Ray loved golfing with his buddies and sons, watching soccer, a glass of red wine anytime and going to South Beach Casino on Mondays with his most beloved Cay. Ray also truly enjoyed being on the sidelines throughout all his grandkids sports and activities. As per Ray's wishes, no service will be held. If family and friends so desire, donations may be made to CancerCare Manitoba or the Winnipeg Humane Society. Funeral services provided by Mosaic Funeral Home. "Cheers"
