DENIS GRAHAM BABB April 21, 1934 - October 30, 2016 Denis passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with cancer. He was predeceased by his wife Ernesta "Verona", in 2004. He will be deeply missed by his sister Geraldine and husband Melbourne; his five children, Judy, Graham, Michael and wife Lyn, Peter, Debra and husband Steve; his cherished grandchildren, Andrew, Chelsea, Courtney, Jessica, Jarrell, Michael, Kamele and Halle, many nieces and nephews, as well as other relatives, church family and dear friends. Dad's greatest joy was to spend time with family and friends sharing stories from when he grew up in Barbados. Our family would like to thank the staff at St. Boniface Hospital Palliative Care Unit for the compassion and care they provided during this difficult time. Special thanks to all the family and friends, who through their caring and support made Dad's final days the best they could be. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Henderson Highway Seventh-Day Adventists Church, 1314 Henderson Hwy., Winnipeg, MB on Thursday, November 17, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. If friends so desire, in lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Denis to the CancerCare Manitoba Foundation.
