PATRICIA LE GRAND September 12, 1925 - November 7, 2016 Patricia Le Grand peacefully passed away on Monday, November 7, 2016 at home in Winnipeg, Manitoba. She is survived by her husband, Gordon, her children Sharon (Lorne), Gail (Larry), Roger (Susan), Colin (Alice), 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Patricia was born and raised in Bexhill-on-Sea, Sussex, England. She was the youngest of nine. She met Gordon during the War, became a war bride and immigrated to Canada. They were happily married for 70 years. She filled these years with love of family and friends through the many family gatherings at home and at the family cottage. Patricia was one of the first Educational Assistants hired by the Winnipeg School Division. She loved her work with children at both Lansdowne and Garden Grove schools. She loved to share her opinions and ideas over a cup of tea! Your memory will always be in our hearts. A family service has been held. Donations can be made to the Winnipeg Humane Society or charity of choice.
