SUSAN GYORFFY Surrounded by family, Susan peacefully left this world at the age of 92. She was a loving mother and a faithful wife. For decades Susan worked as a medical lab technician, but made time to be a talented artist and a creative dressmaker. She was a founding member of the Hungarian Cultural Society of Manitoba and remained its avid member and staunch supporter. Our mother was also a devoted parishioner and volunteered at many functions, but family always came first. Edesanya and "Zsuzsa Mama" will be sadly missed by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other relatives and her many friends. According to her wishes, Susan will be cremated. A mass will be dedicated to her memory on Sunday, November 20 at the St. Anthony of Padua Roman Catholic Church, 365 Burnell St., at 11:00 a.m. followed by a memorial event at 12:00 noon at this same church. In lieu of flowers or gifts, please make a donation to Magyar Ház or to your favourite charity. Isten veled Edesanya!
