For Ken: It has been only a few days since your Arthur passed away. You must be in a "waking dream": what is real, what has really happened, ....."no!...undo this, so that Arthur is here with me still"... So many emotions and confusion. As someone has said, at a time like this: "....even the wise...know nothing...". You and Arthur are beloved by so, so many people. Arthur will always be lovingly remembered, because he affected everyone, in different milieus and circumstances (work, boards, pet ownership, family, friends) in positive ways. For Ken, your home is still full of all the life and love that you and Arthur created over the years; what both of you designed and renovated, décor and collection-worthy artwork that was carefully chosen for your home, and, the doggies. Stella and Jefferson and Nicholas, believe it or not, know that Arthur is still with your family. If the Whippets are inclined toward any mischief-making, they will instinctively know if they can or can not get away with it, because they know what their parents will say or do! So, Ken, your Arthur is where he now belongs, safely tucked inside your heart. You have in you, the courage, to continue on with your responsibilities: to travel the path that Arthur and you have journeyed on. With much love, from Andi. Sincere condolences from myself & Mike Cook, and daughters Katie Cook & Emilie Cook. - Posted by: Andi Cook (friend) on: Nov 19, 2016

Arthur and I were childhood friends. I spent may times at the Blankstein home on Academy Rd. Over the years we lost touch but kept up a communication on Facebook. I am so sorry at his loss. My sincere condolences go out to his family and close friends. - Posted by: Mark Rosenfield (Friend) on: Nov 17, 2016

I have only know Arthur for a short time. I meet him a work as he volunteered as treasure at Norwood Community Centre. I enjoyed our conversation when he would stop by the club. We had a good laugh the day he showed up with the bank deposit that his dogs chewed up. It was like he walked into school and had to tell the teacher that the dog ate his home work - Posted by: Barry Nacci (Friend) on: Nov 16, 2016
