Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryGEORGE KENNETH KEEPER February 9, 1950 - November 12, 2016 George Keeper of Winnipeg, Manitoba passed away suddenly on November 12, 2016. George will be remembered and missed by his children, Teri (Dale) Campion of Calgary, Joe (Stacy) Keeper of Phoenix, and Bob (Randi) Keeper of Cave Creek, AZ, and grandchildren Emma and Elise Campion, Shelby Wilson, Kaiden, Rianna and Peyton Keeper. George worked in the mining industry for many years which provided him the opportunity to see all of Canada and meet many different people. George never knew a stranger and was always willing to lend a hand or ear to anyone in need. He was happiest on the west coast, especially Vancouver Island, which is where his children plan to spread his ashes.

George was one of my husband and my best friend and we had many great times together. I remember George and Keith going to the drive in and it was Texas Chain Saw Masacre and when my husband got home he was scared out of his wits but I think perhaps they had helped themselves prepare to enjoy the movie a bit more. When my husband died George was one of the few that stood by the kids and I to support us and help us through a difficult time.
