Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWILLIAM (BILL) BLANCHARD William (Bill) Blanchard beloved husband of Belinda Blanchard, his wife of 43 years, passed away peacefully, with his family by his side, on November 23, 2016 at Grace Hospice after a lengthy battle with cancer. He is survived by his wife Belinda; son Johnny (Tiffany), daughter Kristen (Christopher); grandchildren, Abbigail, Logan, Skyla, and Jayden, his sister-in-law Beverley Bradford (Linda), and his loyal companion Spenny. He will be missed by his many lake friends including Louis Girouard, Cindy St. Louis, Johnny Balint and many more. Funeral service will be held at Wheeler Funeral Home on December 1, 2016 at 6:30 p.m. Although very appreciated, in lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation in Bill's memory to D'Arcy's Arc. My deepest sympathies to you Belinda and all your family. I am so sorry for your loss. I remember years ago Bill was drawing cards and I bought them.
