BEVERLEY ESSERS With deep sadness we announce the passing of our mother and grandmother, Beverley Essers, on November 4, 2016. She leaves to mourn her passing her children, Ricki and Gary Jacobson, and Kathy Levine and Rick Green; and her grandchildren, Dan and Stephanie Adams-Jacobson, and Noah Jacobson, as well as her sister and brother-in-law, Beatrice and Bill Siegel, of Eveleth, Minnesota. She was predeceased by her dear husband Earl Essers and her parents, Hy and Jenny Swartz. Beverley grew up in the depression surrounded by a large and close extended family, many of whom she kept in touch with throughout her life. Her family was most important to her, especially the times she spent with her children and grandchildren. She had a wonderful memory and a way of telling funny stories about times spent together when her grandsons were little. The times she spent with Earl in her later years were the happiest of her life, and the two of them made wonderful memories travelling and spending time together. We would like to thank CancerCare Manitoba, Palliative Care MB, the Riverview Health Centre, Dr. Grant Goldberg and the staff at the Boulton Retirement Residence for the unfailingly supportive care they provided to Beverley during her illness. We also want to thank Cantor Tracy Kasner Greaves for the lovely and meaningful graveside funeral service she led for us on November 7, 2016 at the Rosh Pina Memorial Park. Thank you also to the pallbearers, Gary Jacobson, Rick Green, Dan Adams-Jacobson, Noah Jacobson, Ian Staniloff and Morley Rosenbloom. "I've done what I had to do. I've lived where I wanted to live. I had love. I had everything." Theodore Geisel (Dr. Seuss)
