Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMANDI KOSTIUK-HEIN 1972 - 2016 Way too soon, loving wife and mother Mandi died on December 2, 2016 after a period of illness. She is survived by husband Cpl. Dwayne Hein, daughter Kaela Kostiuk, and sons Eric and Cole Hein who will miss her greatly. Also bereaved are Mary and Ken Warmbrod; Lorraine, Reiny and Gail Hein, Robin Ziobro; Noel McCloy, numerous relatives and countless friends. Mandi was a devoted and creative mother of her children and helped them through her husband's deployments in Afghanistan. Mandi enjoyed horseback riding; rescuing and training dogs; and feeding Red, a squirrel, on the back porch. Cremation has occurred. A Service will be held at Memories Chapel, 330 18th Street North, Brandon, on Friday, December 9, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. officiated by Pastor Mike Davis to remember, grieve, and celebrate Mandi as well as support each other in living without her physical presence. A reception will follow at Memories Chapel. Expressions of sympathy may be made at www.memorieschapel.com Donations in memory of Mandi may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, 415-1st Street, Brandon, Manitoba, R7A 2W8.
