THERESA MILLAR (nee CONNELLY) On Sunday, December 11, 2016, Theresa passed away surrounded by her family at the Grace Hospital, after a brief illness at the age of 82 years. Predeceased by her husband Alex. Remaining to forever cherish Theresa's memory are children; Bernadette (Rick), Maureen (Dave), Anne (Rick), Alex (Mary, Scott), grandchildren Chrissy (Colin), Amanda (Kyle), Jenna (Dan), Danny (Jordi), Adam, Bree-Ann, Steven; great-grandchildren, Connor, Grayden, Mallin, Emily Ann. Survived by sister Chrissy Dixon. In life we loved you dearly In death we love you still. In our hearts you hold a place That only you can fill. It broke our hearts to lose you But you didn't go alone. A part of us went with you The day God took you home. We want to thank the staff at Grace Hospital, Emergency, ICU, Respiratory therapists and 4 South for all their loving care and attention.A memorial service will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 17 at St. Paul the Apostle Church, 2400 Portage Avenue.
