Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCAROL ANN SPECK (nee ZAZULAK) Carol passed away peacefully at Virden General Hospital on December 5, 2016 after a short but courageous battle with cancer, she was 73. Carol was born in Elkhorn on April 18, 1943, she had a variety of jobs in her younger years before she met her husband Albert. After they were married they traveled and worked throughout Canada before settling back in her home town. Carol and Albert were married for over 30 years. She is predeceased by Albert; her mother Mary and father Peter Zazulak; sister Catherine whom we lost in August. Left to mourn her are her nephews, David (Debbie), Allen, Bryan (Tammy) and niece Tammy; as well as many great nieces, nephews and friends. We want to send a heartfelt thank you to all of her friends in Elkhorn that have supported and helped her through out her final months.
