JEAN (JENNY) PATRICK 1927 - 2016 Jean passed away peacefully after a brief illness at the Steinbach Hospital, on December 14, 2016. She was a well established elder in the village of Prawda, Manitoba. She raised five children on the family farm when she became a widow at a young age. She was an excellent gardener and cook. She enjoyed reading and had a good sense of humour. She was predeceased by her husband Fred Patrick and son Peter. Left to cherish her memory are her children, Freda, Frank (Trudy), Glenn and Marlene. She spent much time helping at 'the hall' and making perogies and cabbage rolls for the community. She loved the farm and especially the visits from her family. There will be no service at Jean's request.

Our condolence to the children – Mrs. Patrick was a very nice lady. She was always happy when I would meet her. The last time I saw her was this summer when I was dropping off recyclables at Prawda.
