DOREEN GLADYS DILK (KOPYTKO) 1946 - 2016 With profound sadness, we announce the passing of Doreen Dilk, on December 14, 2016 at the age of 70. At home with family beside her, she went to be with The Lord after a courageous battle with cancer. Doreen is survived by her husband, Ron, daughters, Lianne (Ronelle, Tyson), Larein (Reg Vaughan, Tessa, Nathan, Tannar, Kalista), Joleen (Brad Salyn, Falena, Rowan); her sister Aileen Ross; brothers, Peter (Janet) and Joe (Karen) Kopytko. She was predeceased by her parents, John and Irene Kopytko (Puhach) and five brothers and five sisters. The Dilk family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the many people who assisted us during this difficult time. Pastors Brad and Glen and Heidi, we especially want to thank you for all your prayers and visits. A Celebration of Life will be held at Peace Lutheran Church, 350 Gilmore Ave. on Monday, December 19 at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Peace Lutheran Church Memorial Fund. Doreen's passing has left a huge hole in our hearts and we will miss her for the rest of our lives. She will always be remembered for her love for her family, her generous and hardworking nature, her flowers, and her determination to perfect her baking skills.
