My deepest sympathy. I worked with Bill at City Hall. He was a pleasure to know. I especially remember him giving tours of City Hall to young children--oh, how he captured their interest! They could not take their little eyes off him. May your happy memories of your husband, father, grandfather and friend bring you comfort. - Posted by: Josie Marques (Friend) on: Jan 05, 2017
