Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryNORMAN E. DOWN Peacefully, Norman passed away at Victoria General Hospital on December 22, 2016. Norman was born August 18, 1931 in Winnipeg. He was predeceased by his parents, Reginald and Lilly, his sister Iris in California and sister Noreen in infancy. Norman is survived by his brother-in-law John Curtis in California, niece Linda-Sue Curtis of California, nephew David Curtis of Tucson, and his cousin Susan Bulat (Walter) of Winnipeg. Norman worked for Manitoba Hydro, formerly Manitoba Power Commission, for 38 years until his retirement in 1986. Many thanks to the staff of 5 South at Victoria Hospital for their care and compassion. Norman has been cremated and requested no service. Flowers are gratefully declined. Those so wishing may make a donation to Norman's favourite charity, Deer Lodge Hospital. Norman will be sadly missed by all that knew him.
