A longer obituary notice will follow. On Friday, January 6, 2017, Richard's Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. in St. Paul the Apostle Roman Catholic Church, 2400 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg, with Rick's sister-in-law, Rev. Dr. Lesley Fox, officiating. Interment will follow in Elm Creek Cemetery, Elm Creek, Manitoba.
