GLORIA LYNN MURRAY (nee HEPPNER) Gloria Murray, 52, died at home on December 27, 2016 of carbon monoxide poisoning. Gloria was born March 9, 1964, in Winnipeg, Manitoba. She married William Murray of New York, NY and lived in Manhattan for eight years. She was a dog walker there until her move back to Winnipeg in 2003. Following her return to Winnipeg, Gloria provided home care services for her grandmother and mother. More recently, she lived with Howard Bailey in Ile des Chenes, enjoying the small community and her neighborhood. She is survived by her mother, Geraldine Heppner; sister, Lois Peters; two nephews, Andrew and Kevin Peters, and companion Howard Bailey. She is preceded in death by her father, Herbert Heppner. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, January 7 at Friends Funeral Home Chapel, 2146 Main Street, Winnipeg, MB, R2V 3S5.
