Beloved husband of Lorraine Mialkowski; loving father of Lisa Mialkowski-Lane (Dan), Sandra Mialkowski, Conrad Mialkowski (Nancy) and Catherine Cook (Brendan); devoted grandfather of Alexander Lane, Beth Cook, Liam Cook and Lily Mialkowski. Survived by his siblings, Wally Mialkowski (Jean) and Ted Mialkowski (Christine). Predeceased by his sister Florence Kummen (Carl). He will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins, colleagues and friends. Family and friends may pay their respects at the Kelly Funeral Home Orleans 2370 St Joseph Blvd. Orleans, ON K1C 1G1 613-837-2370, Friday January 6, 2017 after 10:00 a.m. followed by a Memorial service in the Chapel at 11:00 a.m. In memoriam donation to the University of Ottawa Heart Institute would be appreciated. www.kellyfh.ca
