Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryGEORGINA GUTOWSKI (nee CHAPPIN) January 21, 1944 - December 30, 2016 It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden death of Georgina in Grace Hospital. Georgina was predeceased by her loving husband Henry, and her parents Thomas and Georgina. She is survived by her sister Catherine (Jeff) Lukovich and their daughters Danielle (Brian) and Kristen, and grandchildren Thomas and Audrey; sister Jo-Ann Logan and her children Quincy (Lisa), Ashley, Amber, and grandchildren Gavin and Allysha. Georgina was also blessed with stepchildren Karen (Michel) Belanger, Angie Irvine and sons Jordan and Tyler, Rick (Trudy) and son Brock, Kim (Joe) Hooper and children Riley, Taylor and Chelsea. She is also survived by many cousins. Georgina was a capable and intelligent woman who started her career at the Winnipeg Wheat Board and then moved to the Codville Company where she worked until she took early retirement. She was a talented artist and lover of animals, especially her little dog Patches. A private family interment at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home and Celebration of Her Life took place January 18. The family would like to express their gratitude to the staff at Grace Hospital, Dr. Heather Frame, Jerry Irvine, cousin June Gluck, her wonderful neighbours Linda and Tammy and her special "angel" Brenda for all her compassion and support since Henry's death. Georgina will be greatly missed by family and friends.

We will truly miss our neighbor Georgie. She was a very kind human being and we had conversations most days. She would always talk to our little dogs through the fence, and even drew a picture of one that we lost a couple of summers ago. She was always very thankful for any help she received and called us her "little angels". We will miss her opening up the door to let little Patches out and looking over and giving us a wave in the mornings.
