ANN ROSOLOWICH December 16, 1921 - January 21, 2017 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mother and grandmother, Ann Louise Rosolowich, on January 21, 2017 at St. Boniface Hospital. She was predeceased by her husband Frank; parents, Barbara and Frank; siblings, Albin, Bert, Mary, Jean and John; sister-in-law Elsie; brother-in-law Edward, and nephew John. Left to cherish her memory are her children, Len (Jeannette), Sandra (Cliff), and Lance (Tripper); and grandchildren, Kristen, Harrison and Quincey. Ann was born and raised in Meleb, MB. She always spoke very fondly of her years growing up in Meleb especially playing on the boys' soccer team. Although Mom never went to university, she educated herself by reading books and watching "Jeopardy", her favourite TV program. At one point in her life she prepared income tax returns for clients and at the age of 65 she obtained her driver's license. Whenever her relatives needed a place to stay, short term or long term, they knew that Ann would welcome them into her home and care for them if necessary. Special thanks to all the wonderful home care workers who enabled Mom to remain in her home, as well as the doctors and nurses who cared for her. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, January 27, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. Interment will take place at Park Cemetery, Meleb, MB.
