FRANCES BUNIO Frances Bunio (nee Neskar) passed away peacefully on January 1, 2017 in Burnaby, BC. She will be lovingly remembered by her son Dennis (Dianne) and their children Vanessa (Brent) and Nathan, and her son Richard (Donna) and their children Matthew and Ryan. She was predeceased by her husband Fred, by her three sisters Minnie, Jean and Caroline, and four brothers Joe, Louis, Emil and Peter. She was born in the R.M. of Brokenhead in Manitoba. She attended Mars School and eventually moved to Winnipeg where she worked in an office. She met and married Fred in 1957 and went on to raise her family. She spent most of her life in Winnipeg but also lived for a time in Toronto, Calgary, Edmonton, Armstrong, Maple Ridge and Burnaby. She enjoyed playing cards, gardening and bowling. A graveside service will be held at a later date when she will be laid to rest beside her husband Fred in Winnipeg.
