  • I was shocked and saddened to hear about Wayne's passing. I never saw him without a smile. He was always kibbitzing with his co-workers and gracing us with his joyous presence. I will miss him. To his family and friends - as Jewish people are compelled to say - "may you be spared further sorrow." - Posted by: Lena Laufer (co-worker) on: Feb 24, 2017

  • I was so sorry and devastated to hear of the passing of my good friend while I was away on vacation with my wife. My families heart goes out to Sharon and the family. Wayne and I go back many years and we have had many good times and rough times through work and play. we were always close and always kept in touch one way or another. he would always look at things on the bright side and always had that loud laugh when things got crazy. we are going to miss him dearly but not forgotten. there are so many stories we can all share about Wayne but I have a tear in my eye at the moment and need to break from this. once again we are so saddened by his sudden passing. • Wayne was a customer of the company that I work for and we would see him a few times a week when he stopped in to drop off items. He always was upbeat and very pleasant. It wasn't unusual for him to be seen trying to improve his curling technique by using some of our staging equipment as curling rocks. He was a very nice man that always had a smile, a joke or a story to tell us. We are all saddened to hear of his sudden passing and we will miss him. Our condolences and thoughts go out to the family. - Posted by: Cherylee (co-worker) on: Feb 06, 2017

  • Sharon and Wayne's family: Summers visiting my grandparents on the farm at Treherne always included fun times with my cousin Wayne. Years later, we could still visit, laughing and reminiscing, as if we had never been apart. That was Wayne. It is hard to imagine a world without him. May your memories keep him close and sustain you in the days and weeks to come. Linda Owens (and Darol), Moose Jaw. - Posted by: Linda Owens () on: Feb 06, 2017

  • I was shocked to hear the news that our good friend Wayne had passed. I had just seen him drop off our mail and I kept thinking that the person who told me was telling a terrible joke. For days I've been waiting for him to walk through the door and say "Hello little lady" and I still find myself wondering when he'll come in. He would always come in to pick up and drop off mail and give me a hard time and joke around. He had such a jolly personality and always made me laugh. His laughter was a booming one that everyone could hear. My boss never had the pleasure of meeting him but says he will never forget his friendly conversations with me and his hearty laugh. Though our interactions were short, I'm grateful that I had the chance to interact with such a wonderful man and my heart goes out to his close family and friends. He always spoke so highly of his family and he loved you all so very much. My deepest condolences. We'll miss you buddy. - Posted by: Jennilee (Co-Worker & Friend) on: Feb 06, 2017
