STANLEY MICHAEL SWIDERSKI It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Stanley Michael Swiderski on December 12, 2016 on the beautiful island of Maui, Hawaii. Stanley leaves to mourn his wife of 65 years, Lillian Bertha, children Lois (Gary), Ted (Corinne), Donna (Ron), and Anita, his 10 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, his sister Valerie Stark, and brother Louis (Iris). Stanley was predeceased by his two sons, Jimmy and Stanley, and his brothers Zigmund and Edward. Stanley was born August 13, 1925 in Ethelbert, Manitoba. He completed Normal School and went on to complete a Law degree. He worked for the Attorney General's Department for 30 years. He was blessed with over 30 years of a happy and healthy retirement, spending time with family and friends at the cottage in Wanasing Beach, MB, and his many travels. Our fondest memories of Dad will include his friendly and caring nature, his generous heart as he expressed his love through his acts of service, and his gift of making every person feel so special. The funeral mass will be held at St. Alphonsus Church, 315 Munroe Avenue, on February 17, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting a donation to the charity of your choice.
