Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWILLIAM PETRISHEN It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of William Petrishen on Wednesday, February 8, 2017. William was born in 1934. He was predeceased by his parents Nick Petrishen and Annie Gresuick. William is survived by his loving wife Kathleen of 50 years, brother Fred Petrishen (Rose), sister Meroslava Berber (Peter) as well as nieces and nephews, sister in law Adrienne Mcloud from Lundar Manitoba with nieces and nephews, brother in law Art and Anita Lamoureux and family from Selkirk Manitoba with nieces and nephews. William retired early after many years as a loyal employee of Federal Pioneer Electric. He enjoyed his retirement with family was very active, played baseball, bowled and loved fishing with Kathy at Grand Rapids or Lockport. William was well liked in his neighborhood where he lived and could always be counted on for a quick smile and polite "hello" as he walked during his daily routine. He will be missed sorely by family and friends. To provide an opportunity to celebrate William's life, the family have arranged for the Funeral Service to be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, February 16, 2017 at Bardal Funeral Home. Reception to follow at the Bardal Funeral Home Lounge at 1:30 p.m. Following the reception, the graveside service will be held at Brookside Cemetery at 2:30 p.m Thursday, February 16, 2017.
