NARENDRA (NARESH) MEHTA It is with great sadness that the family of Narendra (Naresh) Mehta announces his peaceful passing after a courageous battle with cancer, with his family by his side in Toronto. Born November 28, 1941, in Kampala, Uganda, he was the son of the late Paragji and Maniben Mehta. Naresh will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 47 years, Asha, his children Sima-Hitesh and Bina-Anesh, and his siblings Tara, Kanu, and Ramesh. Naresh (Papa) will also be fondly remembered by his four grandchildren Shalini, Hemal, Janvi, and Samir. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his daughter Sita and his brother Kishor. Naresh will also be forever remembered by his numerous nieces, nephews, and his extended family and dear friends. A longtime resident of Winnipeg, Naresh was a man who bent over backwards and could not do enough to help others. His love was immeasurable. The family wishes to extend their gratitude to the Langstaff Square Care Community for their kind-hearted support in his final days. A funeral service and cremation took place in Richmond Hill on Friday, February 17. For further details and to leave condolence messages for the family, please visit www.etouch.ca
