DARRELL WAYNE TREMBLAY It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Darrell Tremblay, on Wednesday, February 15, 2017, at the early age of 44 years, after a long and courageous battle with cancer. He was a loving son, cherished brother and adored uncle. Remaining to cherish Darrell's memory are his mother Mae (Steve); brothers, David (Judy) and Gary (Cheryl); sisters, Wanda (Ken) and Kathy (Ted); as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father Marcel. Darrell was a City of Winnipeg Transit driver for the past 19 years. He was a very kind hearted and generous man who will be missed by his coworkers, passengers and everyone who knew him. Thank you to the staff at 5B St. Boniface Hospital for the compassionate care given to Darrell in his final days. In compliance with Darrell's wishes, no formal Funeral Service will be held. Kathy, I am so sorry for your loss. There are not always words to express, but I hope you find comfort in knowing his pain is over. Would he want you to mourn? Maybe not, but you will and you need to embrace life as you and Ted have for the last several years. Life does not give guarantees so you need to grab what you can.
