Predeceased by her husband, Albert; and her sister Irene Gibson (Don). Survived by her daughters Nancy (Phil) Yakielashek, Karen Ellison and Leslee Morin; grandchildren: Todd (Sherry) Yakielashek and their children Hanna and Henry; Brett (Terri-Lynn) Yakielashek and their children Madison and Oscar; Lauren Ellison (Ryan Green); Evan Ellison; Ainslee Willis; and Ben Willis; her sister-in-law Joyce Morin, and many nieces and nephews. Service will be held on Friday, February 24 at 2:00 p.m. at Teulon - Rockwood Centennial Centre, 14 Main Street, Teulon, Manitoba. Flowers gratefully declined. Our deepest sympathy to all of you. Bette was a women with a true spirit for life. Her zest for life will never be forgotten. We soon discovered when we first met Bette that if you asked her opinion on a subject, she had no problem telling you what she thought, whether it has what you wanted to her or not. My condonences to Bette's family, especially to Leslee, because I have had the privilege of knowing Leslee the best.. Bette was just a sweetheart and had the most beautiful blue eyes in the world. She brought joy to all who who had the good fortune to meet here. Sorry I cannot make it to her funeral but my thoughts and prayers are with you.
