Mona, Neeraj, Seema This is your dad's cousin brother from Minneapolis. Sad to hear passing of our dear babu-bhaiyya. I was in my native place last month. One of our cousin brother stopped by and he was talking how he and other cousins (including your dad) used to spend summer time in our house (popularly called Ajja's house). Among all cousins, your dad and his two brothers were especially close to our heart. Please convey my sincere condolences to your mom. May God give all of you enough courage and spirit to pass through this critical juncture. Shrikanth Naik and other cousins - Posted by: Shrikanth Naik () on: Mar 03, 2017

Bapu, our friend for many years, co-worker and colleague in various community activities, was a major force in the Hindu community in Winnipeg. The Hindu Temple on Ellice Avenue will be an everlasting monument for him because of the active role he played in its design, architecture and actual physical construction. As the President of the Hindu Society he not only took a leading role in its day-to- day organization, He richly contributed to the Hindu Culture of the community as he was also the priest of the temple and Hindu community at large. One of his accomplishments was that he organized the Maharashtrian community in the city and established in Winnipeg the Annual Ganesh Chathurti Festival in the temple that we all looked forward to. His physical and gentle presence will be missed by all of us. Vydehi and I offer our heartfelt condolences to Yamuna, Mona, Seema and Niraj. - Posted by: R.
