Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryBEATRICE ELIZABETH SEAGER Peacefully on February 11, 2017, at Charleswood Care Center, Beatrice Elizabeth Seager (nee Wisniewski) of Winnipeg. Beatrice was born November 10, 1915 in Transcona, Manitoba. She is survived by her daughter Evelyn Johnston (Ernie); grandsons, Michael (Carey) and Christopher Johnston; daughter-in-law Mary-Jane Sprenger (Reinhard); grandsons, Nathan and Aaron (Meredith) Seager; sister Jean Schentag, and many nieces and nephews. Beatrice was predeceased by her husband Dennis; her son Dennis John; her sister Nell Burgess and her brother Frank Wisniewski. Cremation has taken place. A funeral service will be held Friday, March 10, 11:00 a.m. at St. Alphonsus Church, 315 Munroe Avenue, Winnipeg. Following the service, Beatrice will be buried with her husband at Assumption Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of choice.

Evelyn. I was so sorry to hear of your mothers passing. It has been years since I have seen her but I remember her well. I remember her kindness and how she would make Dennis walk me home from your house if it was dark outside. She was a strong woman to raise 2 children on her own.
