HOLLY GERALDINE MEECHES On February 28, 2017 Holly passed away at Health Sciences Centre. Holly was born on December 23, 1985 to Ruby Meeches and Vernon St. Paul. She attended most of her school life in Niverville, MB. As much as she loved the social life at school, she had to spend much of her growing up years at Children's Hospital and Health Sciences Centre due to kidney failure. She was a very social person, quick witted with the voice of an angel and loved being the center of attention. Holly was very loving and welcoming to everyone she met. She will be deeply missed and survived by sisters Jen, Lisa, and Wanda St. Paul, brother Wally St. Paul, grandfather Wallace Meeches, several nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts and cousins. She was predeceased by her parents, grandmothers and grandfather. She is also survived by mom Terry Dowse, brothers Raymond and Wesley Dowse and families, and by her special friend Chris. The family wishes to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the doctors, nurses and care givers who have walked alongside Holly with her health struggles. A viewing will be held on Wednesday, March 8, 2017 from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at the Aboriginal Funeral Chapel, 724 Selkirk Ave., Winnipeg, MB. A celebration of her life will be held in Niverville, MB, Thursday, March 9, 2017 at the Niverville Community Fellowship Church, 85 2nd Street South at 10:00 a.m. and interment to follow at the aboriginal community of Ebb & Flow Ojibway Nation.
