Ken was a fine person dedicated to his profession and job. I always made an effort to stay in touch with him, as did he. The last time I spoke with him was in the summer and fall of 2017. As a religious person he came to terms with his illness. I was recently aware of his passing. - Posted by: Roy sobchuk (Associated with Ken when he worked at Transport Canada) on: Oct 02, 2017

I worked with Ken for many years at Transport Canada. Good memories. He only had a few years of retirement and was taken by illness much too soon. Thinking of Diane and the family. Dennis & Marleen Hoeppner - Calgary - Posted by: Dennis Hoeppner (Friend) on: Mar 13, 2017

Ken and I were saddened to hear of Ken's passing away. We remember Ken fondly where we volunteered together at the Ness Food Bank. We appreciated his friendship, his wit and love for people. We had the chance to meet his grandson, Bradley who also volunteered at the Food Bank. We grieve but not as those who have no hope.
