Born: Nov 24, 1971
Date of Passing: Mar 08, 2017
Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryRICHARD ALFRED DAVID MUSWAGON November 24, 1971 - March 8, 2017 It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our brother, father, fiancé, uncle, and cousin, Richard (Chicky) Alfred David Muswagon. Richard is survived by his fiancé Destiny; children, Tobin, Echo, Robin, Unique, Failynn, and Hunter; sisters, Maria, Ann, Kathy, Cindy and Cathy; brothers, Ernest (Diana) and Conway; grandchildren and numerous cousins, nephews, nieces, and friends. Richard was predeceased by his mother Mary Sarah Muswaggan, and brothers, John James ( J.J.) Misawgon, Alfred Benson (Bonnie) Muswagon and Earl Perkins. His smile and laugh will be missed as he was always the first to let everyone know there was a bright side to all situations and usually the first to crack a joke when things were serious. His love of life should remind us that each day is a new day and you shouldn't worry too much about the past. Wake Services began on Sunday, March 12, 2017 in Norway House, Manitoba and will conclude there on Monday, March 13, 2017 at 12:00 p.m. Richard will then make his journey to Winnipeg where services will resume on Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. with Funeral Service at 1:00 p.m. at the Eternal Grace Chapel, 1111 Logan Avenue. Cremation to follow. Funeral Arrangements made through Norway House Funeral Services. We would like to thank Norway House Cree Nation for their support during this difficult time.

Well I haven't known Richard for long but worked in the same warehouse and he was always so bubbly! Would always walk in the office and say " goood morning ladies" while he was making coffee for the guys. When he left at night he would always tell us to " have a good night " and was always smiling. My condolences to his family and his Fiance who we got the chance to meet once at Christmas! Gone but never forgotten. - Posted by: Terri (Co-Worker) on: Mar 14, 2017

So I just wanted to share a story with everyone. Years back my brother, Chicky Richard was helping my ex and I move into our new place on Magnus Ave. We had this little stairway going to the attic my nephew Raggie said hey there is something in the attic and Chicky was like wait here I will go and see.... So myself and Raggie all grab something so we can hit who or what ever was in my attic. Chicky goes first and he gets to the top door and opens it and he screams omg and starts running down towards us. Raggie and myself run screaming and Chicky just laughs and said haha got you it's only pigeons. lmao hope you enjoyed my story of my one good memory of my brother R.I.P. Chicky I will miss you deeply. - Posted by: bonnie (Sister/Cousin) on: Mar 14, 2017
