HAROLD PENNER On March 17, 2017 Harold Theodor Penner, of Moreno Valley, California, passed peacefully with his wife, sister and brother-in-law at his side. Harold was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, on October 9, 1952, one of seven children of Jacob and Tina Penner. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Janice Penner, and five of his siblings: sisters Katy and Ingrid, and brothers John, Wally, and Paul. He joins his brother Werner, with whom he shared a special bond and there is comfort in knowing that they are together. Special thanks to Dr. Klein and the ICU team at Riverside University Health System Medical Center who cared for him during his final few days. The treatment and support was extraordinary and the family cannot thank them enough.
