• My deepest condolences to Dr. Hook and his family. As a foreign student that hardly knew some of the Shakespearean plays, he took his time and explain to me which is which and what should be avoided. His passion in teaching drama and English enlightened me. From then on, I didn't just "study" so as to pass the examination but willing to learn and make use of what I have learned. Dr. Hook, you will be missed by our Class 78 and you are one outstanding person (not just a teacher) that I have ever encountered in my life. I've never met someone whose humanity, humour and passion for life were so in balance. One of a kind. He will be missed and remembered.
