I am overwhelmed and deeply saddened at Jim's untimely passing. I new him to be a Gentleman with sincerity, integrity and conviction. I will remember his warmth, sensitivity, charm and wit. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Jim for many years. I found him to be an honorable man of his word. We had a good business relationship and when he came out to see us, we would have lunch or breakfast together and the conversation would include how things were going personally. I had the humble opportunity to pray with him, asking God, our good Father, to help him in his troubles. It's sad to hear of his passing but his troubles are now over.
