Condolences & Memories (3 entries)

  • I had a lovely chat with Uncle Bud at Aunt Mary's 90th in 2003. So sorry for your loss Aunt Dorothy. He looked so much like my dad then. Marion Wilk Victoria,B.C. - Posted by: Marion Wilk (neice) on: Apr 12, 2017

  • When Bud's brother, Fred, decided to marry a woman from Ontario in the dead of winter, 1973, it was a difficult time for most members of the family to make it down east to the ceremony. But Bud decided that he would come and bring his son, Ken, with him. Both Fred and I greatly appreciated their presence. When my husband passed away in Toronto in 2000, again in the dead of winter, Ken showed the same family solidarity by coming from Winnipeg to represent the Wilk family at the funeral, along with another nephew, Scott, who came from Montreal. Dorothy and Ken, I pray you may know the presence and the comfort of our Heavenly Father at this difficult time. Bud will be greatly missed.
