My deepest sympathy to the Cocks family. Although Judy and I lost touch since I moved to BC from Winnipeg, I often wondered what she was up to. How could one ever forget the antics of our youth. I have many fond memories of our school day friendship, and then reaquaintance in Winnipeg. I am truly saddened by the news of Judy's passing. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. - Posted by: Karen Yelle (Bereczki) (Childhood friend) on: Apr 25, 2017

It was my privilege to supervise Judy at CKY Television from 1990 to 1997. Being new to CKY Television in 1990, I was fortunate and grateful to be able to lean on Judy for her wealth of experience and knowledge. We had wonderful meetings on a regular basis and as part of the Program Department, we all made a great team and one that I know that Judy was very proud of and that I will always be proud of. Judy truly was the “Director of First Impressions” and always had a welcoming smile for anyone who walked in the front door. She always put guests at ease by having warm and inviting conversations with them while they waited for their meeting or interview and she thanked them for coming and wished them well when they left. I have marvelous memories of my years at CKY Television and Judy plays a big part of those fond, fond memories. I was very lucky to see Judy a few years ago when shopping at City Place Shopping Mall. We talked, we laughed, we reminisced and we hugged. The Director of First Impressions also gave great hugs! With my Deepest, Deepest Sympathy to Judy's family. - Posted by: Robin Shreiber (Former Co-Worker at CKY Television) on: Apr 18, 2017

Verle, Brad, Laureea and families I was so very sad to learn of Judy's passing. Though I haven't seen her for many years, I have fond memories of her and Robin hanging out in the basement, walking to school and generally doing the things that girl friends do. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you in this most trying of times - Posted by: Meridee Fockler (Childhood friend) on: Apr 17, 2017
