The family offers thanks to Weston Gardens Retirement Residence, 303 Queens Drive, Toronto for their kind and helpful care during her four and one half years in residence, and especially during the last few months when she faced health challenges. Thanks also to the staff of 9E at Humber River Regional Hospital for their compassionate care and rehabilitation efforts during her recent confinement in March, 2017. It would make Pearl very happy if you were to consider a contribution in her name to a charity of her choice: either Sick Children's Hospital, the Princess Margaret Hospital or St. Michael's Hospital in Toronto.

Pearl's family: Though our heads tell us the passing was peaceful and there's nothing more we could wish for, our hearts still feel sad. Those Bissett days were, and the memories are, very special. Though I was too young to remember, we have lots of pictures of Mom & Dad which we hold dear! "May the peace of the One who holds us gently in our grief be with you and your families" Lots of love, Marlene and Faye (Hogue) - Posted by: Marlene (Hogue) oussoren (long-time family friend) on: Apr 25, 2017
