Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryPAULINE BRYNKO Pauline Brynko, 91, of Shamong, N.J., passed away on March 23, 2017, at her home. A funeral Mass will be offered at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 25, at the Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Portage la Prairie, MB. Interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens in Portage. Pauline was born in Findlater, SK, on January 30, 1926, to Stephen and Barbara Prystansky, of Rossendale and Portage, MB. She lived with her family in Kettering, Ohio; West Webster, N.Y.; and Oakland, N.J.; before settling in Shamong. She had worked as a volunteer for the American Red Cross, as an administrative assistant at Ecko Products, Inc., in Fair Lawn, N.J., and at Reprographic Materials, Inc., her husband's company, in Pompton Lakes, N.J., and most recently, at the Diocese of Camden in the Buildings Division from 1994 to 2010, when she retired at the age of 84. Pauline was a wonderful mother, devoted wife, and caring friend. On behalf of her entire family, she will be very missed by all. Pauline is preceded in death by her husband, Carl, who died in 1990, after 43 years of marriage; her parents, Stephen and Barbara; and one sister, Anne (John) Shewchuk, of Winnipeg, MB. Pauline is survived by her son, Carl Gregory (Alisa) Brynko, of Medford, N.J.; daughter, Barbara Brynko, of Shamong, N.J.; granddaughter, Erin E. Bornemann, of Goleta, Calif.; nephews, Thomas (Debbie) Brynko, of Wheatley, Ontario; John (Eleanor) Shewchuk, of Winnipeg; David (Kathryn) Shewchuk, of Victoria, B.C.; and Gerry Shewchuk, of Vancouver, B.C.; and nieces, Shonna Brynko, Terri Anne Shewchuk, and Sandra Byers, all of Canada. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, 620 - 1 St NW, Portage la Prairie, MB R1N 1Z7.
