GEORGE HUDSON 1943 - 2017 George Hudson died peacefully of heart failure on April 8, 2017 at St. Boniface Hospital with family at his side. Left to remember and celebrate his life are his wife of 35 years, Sam, daughter Trish (Rob), grandson Riley, and best friend Arlene. He is also survived by sisters Sandra, Carol and brother Brian, along with many nieces and nephews. Many thanks to the dear family and friends who took care of him in his final months. George enjoyed working for 15 years at Waverly Chrysler, along with all the friends he made there. However, his heart belonged to his many years in scrap metal, and all the places he travelled to find it. George was brave, kind, gentle, generous, thoughtful, funny and loyal. George was cremated according to his wishes. We hope he is sharing a beer with the many friends who proceeded him. We will miss and cherish him every day of our lives. In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Humane Society was his wish.
