Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryEILEEN FLORENCE CARPENTER (nee WESTON) Eileen Carpenter, the eldest of five children, was born in Winnipeg on December 21, 1930, followed by two brothers and two sisters. On April 19, 2017, at age 86, after a lengthy illness, Eileen entered into eternal peace in the presence of family. Eileen will be missed dearly and fondly remembered by her daughter Diane (grandson Jesse); son Gregory (daughter-in-law Laurie and grandchildren Owen, Stephan, {great-granddaughter Valentina}, Lydia and Ellen); daughter Nancy (granddaughters Tonja and L'Ete); son Gordon (daughter-in-law Maureen, granddaughter Chantelle); sister Joyce (brother-in-law Alex), sister-in-law Eva, and many other nieces and nephews, friends, and caregivers whose lives she touched. She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 47 years, George, mother, Mary, brothers Ronald and Clarence, and sister, Marjorie. The family sincerely appreciates the compassionate care and support provided by the staff at The Convalescent Home of Winnipeg over the past two years.
