Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDAVID HUTCHEON ALLAN June 14, 1942 March 23, 2017 It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our brother David Hutcheon Allan. He leaves to mourn his passing, his wife of 49 years, Tina (Rischuk); son Allan (Melanie O'Brien); brothers, Rick, Don; sister Maureen (Doug); and his special grandchildren, Siobhaan O'Brien, and Olivia Rose O'Brien Allan; brothers-in-law, Don and Rusty. David was born in Selkirk, Manitoba where he graduated from high school and went on to complete his education at the University of Winnipeg. David's career took him to Toronto, Halifax and then back to Toronto where he retired in 2012. David's special joy was spending time with his two grandchildren and he was looking forward to moving to Kincardine, Ontario so he could spend more time with them. Cremation has taken place. A private celebration will be held at a later date.

I actually attended David's and Tina's wedding outside of Winnipeg. I knew the Rischuck family. I remember when he and Tina moved to Toronto. He was a kind, sweet person. This is what I remember of him the most,his good nature. I am so sorry to hear of his passing. I didn't know and accidentally learned this today.
