Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDAVID MACKENZIE PHILLIPS I wish to announce the passing of my twin brother, David Mackenzie Phillips, on April 11, 2017 at St. Michael's Hospital in Toronto. I would like to thank all the people who have said prayers for myself and David. A memorial service will be held on May 5, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. in the Johnson Hall at the Waterfront Centre in Gimli, MB.
