We remember Michael very well from the work weekends at Caddy Lake Camp. He was full of laughs & adventure, & very nice to be with & we always had lots of fun with him, it was such a pleasant weekend, when your family was there with us, our girls always looked forward to a great weekend, full of laughs, a great time, carrying wood to the shelters, & just having lots of fun together, while we always accomplished a lot of work, just have Great memories of the whole family !!! - Posted by: Claude & Agnes Roziere (Friends) on: May 01, 2017

We are profoundly saddened to hear of your loss. We remember many days and evenings the boys playing hockey together and playing street hockey in front of our house. So many times Wayne would come by late at night to drag Michael home. He was a happy , smiling kid all the time. Most of all he was very repeat full of people and parents. He would always have a kind word and I remember at Christmas , the times Michael would bring Leona's baking by for the family . Many a laugh and good times at hockey tournaments and games all over. I'm sorry we won't see him and that smile. Michael and Dylan were always mistaken for each other over the years and it seemed like they were brothers for a time. So sad for a young father, son , Uncle, brother grandson, nephew and friend to leave us so young. I hope you find peace Michael and for the family find comfort in these stories and memories. I send my heartfelt condolences to the Barrett Family. I might have just been your sister's friend, but I know how much they loved you. It makes my heart ache for them both. - Posted by: Sarah Yee (Sisters Friend) on: Apr 29, 2017
