Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryHEINZ GEORGE JAHNKE Peacefully on Thursday, April 20, 2017 , Heinz passed away at Health Sciences Centre at the age of 79 years. Heinz leaves behind his brother Kurt; sister Bridgette; children Erika and Brian; niece Rose; and nephew Ron. He was predeceased by his Mom and Dad and wife Ruby. Immigrating from Germany in 1952, the family settled in Emerson. Eventually Heinz moved to Winnipeg where he met his wife Ruby and started their family. Heinz was an avid sports fan with many collectables and bowler for many years winning numerous awards. A graveside service will be at a later date.
