Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryFRANCES STARR (BOUBARD) May 24, 1945 - April 30, 2017 It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin, friend and partner. Wake services started on May 2, 2017 at the Christ Anglican Church in Fort Alexander with the funeral on Friday, May 5, 2017 beginning at 2:00 p.m. with Reverends Richard and Nancy Bruyere officiating, cremation to follow. Frances was predeceased by her son Nelson, her parents John and Frances Boubard; brothers - William (Wild Bill) and David; sisters - Mary and Norma and George Basil; along with her nieces and nephews, friends and relatives. Frances (Monay) will be lovingly remembered by her partner Russell; children - Marlene, Philip (Margaret), Henry, David, Sharon (Brian), Cecil, Earl (Christine) and Devin (Kathy), along with their father George (Chaluk); her siblings - Joseph, Marie, Linda, Melvin (Abby) and Eva; 39 grandchildren; 45 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly. The family would like to thank everyone who has shown us their love and support during our time of sorrow.
