Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryGREGORY GEORGE HODGES After a brief battle with cancer, Greg Hodges passed away peacefully in his sleep on May 4, 2017. Greg had a huge heart for family and friends. He will be missed by his wife, Marianne; brother Doug and family; Sarah and Nick and family; Jackie and Jesse; many fur babies; and the many other lives that he graced with his energy. Greg was the greatest long term friend Marion and I had. I remember like it was yesterday, when we regularly switched bikes and he permitted me to let his Norton fly. I was the only one he would let ride his bike. Other fond memories include his marriage to our best friend Marianne and when he was my best man at our wedding. Late nights around the campfire, fishing for a variety of species, shooting snooker while making wine are just of the few things we did countless times together. We watched his special girls grow up, get married and were there when he became a proud grandpa. Marion and I will truly miss our best friend but feel blessed we got to share our lives with each other. Greg was literally the “Best Man” anyone could have had in their life. Greg will be truly missed by our entire family as he was always family to us. John, Marion Hanson and family. - Posted by: John Hanson (Friend) on: May 06, 2017
