Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWILLIAM (BILL) ALEXANDER DUNCAN It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved brother, uncle, and friend on May 5, 2017, at the age of 58. Bill will be missed by his siblings, Albert (Maria), Bev and Jim; his nieces and nephew, as well as many other family members and friends. Cremation has taken place. Private interment at a later date. The family would like to thank everyone for their care of Bill, especially the staff at Cowichan District Hospital, BC and Concordia Hospital, MB. A celebration of Bill's life will be held at Henderson Hwy. Legion 215, 3600 De Vries Ave, East St. Paul, on Wednesday, May 10, 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.
